Shipping policy

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped by one of our team members. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be processed and shipped within the following 2 working days. After shipping, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and are outlined below:

Orders placed on Fridays and weekends:
These orders will be processed and shipped within 2 working days.
Next day delivery:
To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 11 AM, Monday to Friday.
Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and other rural areas:
Please allow an additional two days for deliveries to these locations. Next day delivery is not available in these areas.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland:
Some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please order on or before the 15/12 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Holiday shipping notice

Please note that there will be no shipping between 19th December and 2nd January.

What delivery services do you offer?

Royal Mail Standard UK Delivery: £3.95. Free on orders over £70.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery: £7.50. Orders must be placed before 11am, Monday to Friday, to qualify for next day delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@enasalon.live. Please also include a picture of the damages.

Changed your mind?

If you have changed your mind about your product(s), you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product(s). Please note that prior authorisation is required for all refunds. In some cases, you may be responsible for returning the product(s) at your own expense before the refund can be processed.
